LIST OF THINGS TO BRING ON THE MISSION TRIP

1. Your bible and one or more Spanish bibles to give away

2. Flashlight

3. Sunglasses

4. Sunscreen

5. Note pad for keeping a diary

6. Central America is warm so bring lite weight clothes, skirts/dresses and pants for services.

7. Good walking shoes

8. Snack foods are good to bring just make sure they are in ziplock bags.  The ants are bad here.

9. Candy to give out to the children and adults.

10. Small McDonald toys or other small toys

11. School supplies

12. first aid kits to give to families and one for the group.

13. Plenty of film if using a 35 m. camera, film is expensive here. 

14. extra batteries

15.  Personal hygiene products

16. Its best if you bring clothes that you can leave to help those who have nothing,  then you can take back more suveniors.

17. Bring a big heart and flexiblity. 

Allowed two 50 lb checked bags  one carry-on and one personal bag (purse or briefcase/computer bag)
